We dove deep into both secondary and primary data (internal surveys) to grasp Generation Z and align our internal capabilities, pinpointing our root strengths as an employer. With those insights, we started to define the target audiences and begin crafting strategic visual approaches and business plans for the employer brand.

Our objectives are communicated through vibrant colors, a playful tone of voice, and emotionally resonant images. Differentiating itself from the Core Brand, Talemy's Employer Brand ignites passion and motivation through applying our Taleminions values to establish a connection with our intended audience.
We recorded the insights and developed best practices for the internal human resources department to attract, hire, manage, motivate, and promote Generation Z. There is a clear objective and plan for internal employer brand initiatives to maintain the benchmark that we established through research.
The creative aspects of Talemy Employer Brand were also documented in company with internal operations. From how to photograph Taleminions to strategic approach for personal branding, the branding team can stay consistent with the core brand while maintaining the standard set by the internal human resources department in attracting young talents.
